L'hotel e ristorante Euzkadi appartiene alla stessa famiglia dal 1873. Da locanda rinomata grazie ai grandi mercati che si tenevano ogni mercoledì a Espelette, l'hotel ristorante si è trasformato nel corso delle generazioni fino a vantare 27 camere, una grande sala da pranzo, un bar, una cantina e un parcheggio privato.
Oggi, la quinta generazione della famiglia ha il desiderio costante di coniugare tradizione e modernità. Rispettosi del nostro patrimonio, della nostra regione e della nostra terra. Orgogliosi di portare avanti e tramandare l'eredità di famiglia.
Nel 2023, l'azienda festeggerà il suo 150° anniversario!
