De Breite Weg is een straat in de oude stad van Magdeburg. De Breite Weg werd vroeger als de mooiste barokstraat van Duitsland beschouwd vanwege zijn ruime paleizen en burgerhuizen in barokstijl. Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd de barokstraat op grote schaal verwoest.
De belangrijkste winkelstraat van de stad Magdeburg loopt van noord naar zuid en bevindt zich tussen het Universiteitsplein van Magdeburg in het noorden en het Hasselbachplatz in het zuiden. De grote straat liep ooit door de Sudenburgerpoort naar Sudenburg.
