Slot Ehrenhausen ligger med velbevarede forsvarsanlæg på en stejl hældning højt over Mur og byen Ehrenhausen i distriktet Leibnitz i Sydsteiermark. Ikke langt fra slottet ligger mausoleet for Ruprecht von Eggenberg på samme højde. Slottet er en uregelmæssig, treetagers bygning med fire fløje omkring en arkadegård med et bjergetårn fra det 12. århundrede. Slottet nævnes første gang i 1240 som et len af klosteret St. Paul i Lavanttal. Fra omkring 1260 var herrerne af Pettau og fra 1441 greverne af Schaunberg lenhavere af klosteret.
