Helligdommen i Queralt, også kaldet Santa María de Queralt eller Jungfru de Queralt, ligger nordvest for byen Berga, Catalonien, inden for den gamle grænse for kommunen Valldán.
Helligdommen er beliggende på den østlige skrænt af borgen Berguedá, toppen af Queralt-bjerget, i en højde af 1200 meter. Stedet, hvor helligdommen i dag ligger, svarer ifølge hvad der synes at være, til det område, som ville have været besat af borgen til troubadouren berguedá Guillem de Bergadá.
