Spijk er en landsby i den hollandske provins Gelderland. Navnet kommer fra ordet Herespich. Den har omkring 600 indbyggere. Selvom den nærliggende Lobith har navnet, går floden Rhin ind i Nederlandene ved Spijk. Lobith ligger inden for den samme kommune, men ligger langs Rhin lidt længere fra den tyske grænse. Strømmen her kaldes imidlertid Øvre Rhin.
