Emmen ) er en kommune i det sydøstlige område af den hollandske provins Drenthe og har et areal på omkring 346,26 km², hvilket gør den til den største kommune i Drenthe. Regnet efter areal er Emmen den fjerde kommune i Nederlandene efter Súdwest-Fryslân, Noordoostpolder og Hollands Kroon. Hovedbyen i kommunen er den samme navn Emmen. Den 31. januar 2022 havde kommunen 107.902 indbyggere, hvilket også gør Emmen til den største kommune i Drenthe målt på antal indbyggere.
