Au milieu des années 80, Guy Pirlot a commencé sa passion pour la cuisine dans la cuisine de sa femme. Un grand pot de 10 litres et un thermomètre étaient ses principaux instruments. Très vite, sa cuve faite maison de 50 litres s'est révélée trop petite, alors il a commencé à brasser ailleurs. En 2011, il a ouvert sa propre brasserie, avec ses propres cuves en cuivre. En plus des bières, Guy distille aussi du genièvre et du whisky. Par les jours ensoleillés, les visiteurs peuvent déguster sa bière sur la terrasse.
