Le erbe le raccogliamo dal nostro giardino delle erbe e le verdure provengono dalla regione. Proprio come in un passato remoto, trasformiamo le verdure e facciamo la composta di frutta fresca. Carne, pesce e pollame provengono dal negozio biologico della fattoria. Questo è sostenibile, molto più sano e si sente nel gusto!
