In den mittleren 80er Jahren begann Guy Pirlot mit seinem Lieblingshobby in der Küche seiner Frau. Ein großer Topf von 10 Litern und einThermometer waren seine wichtigsten Instrumente. Bald stellte sich heraus, dass sein selbstgebauter Kessel von 50 Litern zu klein war, also begann er an einem anderen Ort zu brauen. 2011 eröffnete er seine eigene Brauerei mit seinen eigenen kupfernen Kesseln. Neben Bieren destilliert Guy auch Genever und Whisky. An sonnigen Tagen können die Besucher sein Bier auf der Terrasse degustieren.
