In front of the door

Directions:From the parking lot (1-3), walk along the road Am Blocksberg until you reach Allerstraße. Turn right onto Marsch (4). As you walk into Marsch, you will come across the lock canal (5). Cross the canal and follow the road. At the next intersection, turn left (6). Turn right at the cross street and take a left at the next opportunity onto an unpaved path, which will lead you to the main road. Walk left towards Etelsen, cross the lock canal for the second time. From the bridge, you will have a view to the east of the canal lock (7). Continue straight on the main road and shortly before the town of Etelsen, you will also cross the Old Aller river (8). At the entrance to Etelsen, turn left and follow the road. On your right, you will see the Etelsen Castle with its castle garden and mausoleum (9). For a visit to the remarkable Etelsen Castle Garden, enter through a small gate from the south.Continue towards the sports field. Here, you can either take a shortcut and follow the paved road straight ahead, or choose the beautiful natural path through the forest. Before the sports field, slightly veer to the right and then walk behind the field until the path makes a slight right turn up the slope. Take the next left turn through the forest and continue straight ahead. On Am Sonnenhang street (10), walk left until you reach Allerstraße. Finally, walk straight ahead on Am Blocksberg street to return to the starting point.
