Dal 2012 abbiamo sede a Bragelogne-Beauvoir, un piccolo villaggio nel sud del dipartimento dell'Aube, in un ambiente magnifico tra Chaource e Les Riceys. 55 capre alpine danno il massimo ogni giorno per permetterci di produrre formaggi di qualità.
Prodotti offerti: formaggi e yogurt di latte di capra, prodotti a base di zafferano e sapone di latte di capra.
Non ci si aspetterebbe di trovare lo zafferano sulla Côte des Bar, eppure...
Il Crocus satinus viene raccolto ogni anno in ottobre. I pistilli di zafferano vengono poi raccolti a mano, un'operazione delicata e meticolosa.
