Der Platz der Verfassung ist ein Platz in der Altstadt von San Sebastián, im Baskenland, Spanien. Auf diesem Platz, der durch seine Arkaden als Hauptmerkmal gekennzeichnet ist, werden oft große Feste und Veranstaltungen der Stadt gefeiert, wie die Tamborrada von San Sebastián oder die Messe am Tag des Heiligen Thomas. Das zentrale Gebäude war bis 1947 das Rathaus der Stadt, wurde dann von den Einrichtungen der Stadtbibliothek (1951-2000) genutzt und später von Verwaltungsbüros des Kulturbereichs der Stadtverwaltung.
