Die vier Buchten sind eine geschützte Landschaft in der Region Murcia. Sie gelten als Gebiet von Gemeinschaftlicher Interesse und gehören zum Natura 2000-Netz.
Gelegen in der Gemeinde Águilas, umfasst sie die Buchten Calarreona, La Higuerica, La Carolina und Los Cocedores, wobei letztere bereits in der Nähe der Provinz Almería liegt. Die Erosion durch Wind und Meer hat außergewöhnliche Landschaften hervorgebracht, mit zahlreichen vulkanischen Aufschlüssen. Darunter befindet sich der Vulkan Punta Parda, der von großer geologischer Bedeutung ist.
