The ‘Botike’ of the Ferme de la Berwète is open on Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The goat farm started in 2014. The goats make up a colorful herd with various breeds mixed together. Fresh, spicy, semi-ripened, and dry crottins are sold, as well as cendrés, tommes, and maquées, all made from raw milk. The goats are hand-milked, and all the milk is processed on-site. You will also find artisanal soaps with moisturizing and soothing properties, ideal for treating skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis. The operators of the farm also want to welcome people to this place and share their experiences and knowledge. Therefore, half-day training sessions are organized to learn how to make cheese and soap.
