En 1910, l’ancien hôtel de ville a été construit comme bureau officiel des citoyens. Le bâtiment classique et la dépendance - l’ancien bâtiment résidentiel Maassen - ont été utilisés comme hôtel de ville jusqu’en 1993. Aujourd’hui, le bâtiment est utilisé par Caritas. Les autres pièces sont utilisées comme centre socio-culturel. Il est encore possible de se marier au premier étage de l’ancien hôtel de ville dans une ambiance historique.
