Monseigneur Nolenspark, som bare kaldet Nolenspark, er en park på nordsiden af den indre by i den nederlandske by Venlo.
Efter nedlæggelsen af fæstningsværkerne blev der på denne side af byen anlagt et helt nyt kvarter mellem 1867 og 1872, ifølge planerne fra byplanlæggeren Frits van Gendt. En del af planerne omfattede en plads og en park. Pladsen hed i første omgang Ginkelplein, parken hed dengang stadig Moerdijkpark. Indtil slutningen af det nitten århundrede stod der i midten af parken en kiosk, hvor musikgrupper optrådte i det fri. Senere fik det, i det tyvende århundrede, navnet Klein Park.
