Fort Sint-Jan var et fort ved Trompwal mellem Kemzeke og Kapellebrug på Stekene kommunes område. Fortet var en del af de Statthollandske Linjer.
Fortet Sint-Jan blev bygget i kølvandet på udviklingen i begyndelsen af den Otteårige Krig, da Gent og Antwerpen sluttede sig til Utrecht-foreningen i 1579. I 1583 havde Hollanderne desuden fået digerne ved Saaftinge brudt. Som reaktion herpå lod Parma opføre forter og bygge en skibbro over Schelde for at forhindre forsyningen af Antwerpen. Fra Fort Sint-Jan blev Parmavaart gravet til det oversvømmede område. Derved var man sikret skibsfart forbindelser til Gent og Hulst.
