Herve Société har siden 1986 været beliggende på stedet for den oprindelige mejeri fra 1934. Denne traditionelle virksomhed producerer Hervekoste med BOB-label og klosteroste fra Val-Dieu. I alt produceres der her cirka tredive forskellige oste af de tres ansatte i virksomheden. "Årligt bearbejder vi det, der svarer til produktionen fra 25 mælkegårde," fortæller
