Belægningen af Doornik fandt sted mellem oktober og november 1521, under den italienske krig fra 1521-1526. En imperialistisk hær, der tidligere havde indtaget byerne Mouzon den 20. august og Ardres den 9. september,[1] belejrede byen Doornik, som blev erobret af franskmændene i slutningen af november, og siden da ville denne by forblive en besiddelse af habsburgerne indtil Belgiens uafhængighed.
