Slottet Hundshaupten er en firefløjet borganlæg i Hundshaupten, en bydel i Egloffstein i Forchheim-distriktet.
Første gang blev slottet nævnt i 1369, da det var i besiddelse af herrerne fra Wiesenthau. Det blev, ligesom næsten alle slotte i den franske Schweiz, bygget på en fremspringende bjergknold på Jura-højlandet. Efter ødelæggelserne i 1388 under bykrigen af Nürnbergerne, 1412 af burggraf Friedrich VI. af Nürnberg og 1525 under bondestanden, blev slottet genopbygget i 1561.
