Ruinen af Donaustauf er ruinen af en højbjergsborgruin på en 424 m højt bjergfremspring over Donau ovenfor markedet Donaustauf i Oberpfalz område Regensburg i Bayern. Markedet Donaustauf udviklede sig i middelalderen som en borgerlig bosættelse under beskyttelse af de mægtige befæstningsanlæg i borgen.
Siden den 6. april 1986 tilhører burgruinen markedet Donaustauf. Fra 1997 blev den sikret og renoveret af markedet.
