Ressen, nedersorbisk Rašyn, er en by i den sydbrandenburgiske Landkreis Oberspreewald-Lausitz. Byen er en del af kommunen Neu-Seeland, som tilhører Amt Altdöbern og tæller til det officielle bosætningsområde for sorberne/wenden.
Ressen ligger i Nedersorbisk. Byen er den nordlige del af kommunen Neu-Seeland. I øst og sydøst grænser byen op til Neupetershain. I nord ligger bydelen Greifenhain i byen Drebkau, og i nordvest ligger bydelen Pritzen i byen Altdöbern. I vest og sydvest grænser delene af Neu-Seeland, Lubochow og Bahnsdorf, op til.
