Dobbeltlåsen Magdeburg Neustadt er et ufærdigt slusebyggeri i byen Magdeburg i Sachsen-Anhalt.
Øst for industrihavnen Magdeburg, eller vest for Elben, ligger sluseanlægget i slusekanalen mellem kilometer 1,8 og 2,2. Slusen blev bygget i forbindelse med en planlagt Elb-opstemning i højden af Herrenkrugparken. Opstemningen blev planlagt for at gøre det muligt for skibsfarten at navigere over Domklippen og den urbane strækning Magdeburg, selv ved lav vandstand i Elben. På grund af Anden Verdenskrig og den efterfølgende opgivelse af planerne blev opførelsen af opstemningen aldrig realiseret.
