El Escobonal er en by i Agache-regionen, der tilhører kommunen Güímar på øen Tenerife, med en maksimal højde på 478 m over havets overflade og en afstand på 9 kilometer fra Güímars centrum.
El Escobonal har traditionelt været en enhed af visse betydning i den sydlige del af Tenerife, selvom det ikke er en kommunal kerne. I 1950 var det den tredje vigtigste by målt på antallet af indbyggere, efter Güímar og Arafo, i hele den sydlige skråning af øen.
