Prioratet er åbent for besøgende under arrangementer og de Europæiske Dage for Kulturarv.
I 1262 grundlagde den hellige Ludvig prioratet Saint-Maurice på området ved kongeslottet for at rumme relikvierne af 24 martyrer fra Thebæiske Legion, ledsagerne af den hellige Mauritius. Fra klosteranlægget er den østlige fløj af prioratet Saint-Maurice stadig bevaret, som blev ombygget indtil det 19. århundrede, og hvis soveværelse for munke er blevet restaureret på første sal. Ved dit besøg vil du opdage det fantastiske "omvendte skibsskrog" træloft.
