Im Museum lernen Sie die Geschichte der flämischen Fischerei kennen. Die reiche Museumsammlung, die in schönen Dekoren präsentiert wird, wird durch interaktive Präsentationen und audiovisuelle Medien erschlossen. Verschiedene Mitmach-Elemente tragen in erheblichem Maße zu einem hohen Erlebniswert des Museums bei. Das Küstenfischerboot OD.1 "Martha" sowie die Unterwasserwelt mit den Nordseeaquarien vervollständigen das Ganze.
