Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten auf dem Markt sind die Statuen des Barbier Olivier le Diable (1434-1484), der seine Karriere am französischen Hof auf dem Scheiterhaufen bezahlte, und von Tanneken Sconyncx, der Hexe, die 1603 unter Folter starb. Sie symbolisiert die Erlösung für all die unschuldigen Opfer, die der Hexerei beschuldigt wurden. Beide Werke wurden vom in Tielt geborenen Künstler Jef Claerhout geschaffen.
