Vermutlich war dies ursprünglich das Brüderhaus des adligen Stifts. Hier wurden Geistliche untergebracht, die als Priester in der Stiftskirche predigten oder die Beichte hörten. Nach der Französischen Revolution kam das Gebäude in den Besitz der Familie de Matthys, die daraus ein Herrenhaus im klassizistischen Stil machte. 1950 war es sogar ein Hotel-Restaurant. Sowohl das Schloss als auch der Park sind als Landschaftsschutzgebiet geschützt.
