Die Geschichte dieser Brauerei beginnt mit einer Liebesgeschichte. Gregory Verhelst, ein junger Student der Biochemie, lernte in Louvain-la-Neuve seine Frau kennen. Mit einem Diplom in Brau- und Mälzereiwesen folgte er ihr in ihre Heimatregion in der Gaume, wo er 2000 mit einer Brauerei begann. Er kaufte alte Anlagen und experimentierte mit Malz und Hopfen. Die Rulles Brune, Blonde und Triple sind drei kräftige Biere ohne Zusatz von Gewürzen und Farbstoffen. Inzwischen wurde das Sortiment erweitert und es wird nach GH Luxemburg, Italien, Frankreich exportiert. Alle Biere sind mit einem lustigen Etikett versehen, das eine Illustration von Marcel Le Rullot, einem sympathischen Gaumois, zeigt. Die Brauerei kann auf Anfrage besichtigt werden. Die handwerklichen Biere können im Laden gekauft werden.
