Dieses Herrenhaus wurde in der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts umgebaut. Seinen Namen verdankt es einem seiner Besitzer, Pierre-Antoine-Victor Huot de Goncourt, einem ehemaligen Artilleriehauptmann und Onkel der Schriftsteller Jules und Edmond de Goncourt, der es 1816 kaufte. Von seinem Vorgängerbau sind nur noch die Kellerräume unter dem Hauptgebäude aus dem späten 15. oder 16.
Dieses Gebäude ist zweifellos die schönste Errungenschaft der zivilen Architektur des Neokastriums. Das Gebäude wurde aus Quadersteinen errichtet und weist eine symmetrische Anordnung von fünf Jochen auf drei Ebenen auf.
