Esta mansión fue reconstruida en la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII. Debe su nombre a uno de sus propietarios, Pierre-Antoine-Victor Huot de Goncourt, antiguo capitán de artillería y tío de los escritores Jules y Edmond de Goncourt, que la compró en 1816. Todo lo que queda del edificio anterior son las bodegas de finales del siglo XV o XVI que se encuentran bajo el edificio principal.
Este edificio es, sin duda, el más bello ejemplo de arquitectura civil neocastra. Construido en sillería, ofrece una disposición simétrica con cinco vanos repartidos en tres niveles.
