Description

Cemetery laid out for the burial of deceased patients of the psychiatric hospital of Rekem, which was located diagonally opposite and is now known as the campus of the Public Psychiatric Care Center of Rekem (in use since 1974). The cemetery is also located on the border of the Hoge Kempen National Park in a coniferous forest.
