Former dairy, a cooperative dairy, founded by the farmers of Peer and the surrounding area. In 1927, the processing of the milk into butter and cheese began. Later absorbed by Lilac-Zonhoven. Vacant and dilapidated. In 2001 and following, renovation, repurposing and expansion with new construction, a project designed by architect Freddy Peeters (Hasselt), namely the construction of 8 owner-occupied homes in the dairy, 16 rental homes around and 22 underground garages commissioned by the Flemish housing company Landwaarts cvba-Neerpelt.
