Restaurant Eyckerhof is an established name in Belgian gastronomy. At the stove of the beautifully renovated farmhouse, in the idyllic village of Eikevliet, is Chef Ferdy Debecker. He has been stirring the pots with great passion and craftsmanship for three decades. Assisted by a young team, his experience is not a routine, but a guarantee for surprising dishes. His classic cuisine with a modern twist has been appreciated non-stop with a Michelin star for 28 years. "You don't earn a star in one afternoon or one evening," says Ferdy. "You have to work on that for a whole year." The rural surroundings of the green Scheldeland and the warm interior of restaurant Eyckerhof provide an oasis of peace. But as soon as the weather permits, a table on the terrace is completely the max. Hostess Ann, with her eternal smile, is always ready for a charming and personal welcome.
