The Boudelo Foundation is a nature reserve in the Belgian municipalities of Sint-Niklaas and Stekene. The Fondatie is largely located south of the Stekense Vaart. The regional association for nature management vzw Durme has a reserve project there and has already acquired more than 99 hectares of land. To the west of the Foundation is the De Heirnisse forest reserve, an area of almost 90 hectares that is managed by the Flemish Community.
