Organic pork at 't Hoevezwijntje

't Hoevezwijntje is a farm butchery. The pigs are grown on the farm. Only the bear comes from outside the farm. The animals are fed with homemade feed, without additives such as antibiotics or growth promoters. The pigs are slaughtered under supervision on the farm. The meat is processed and seasoned in a simple way, namely with a spice composition of salt, pepper and nutmeg. Slaughter is carried out every 14 days. After that, the meat is prepared for freezing and vacuum packed according to the customer's choice. It is stored in a cold store until the customer comes to collect it.
