In the Fromagerie du Gros Chêne of master cheesemaker Daniël Cloots, about thirty different types of cheese are made. The assortment includes sheep cheeses, goat cheeses, and cow's milk cheeses. All cheeses, except for a few goat cheeses, are made from raw, organic milk. The milk comes from various farms in the immediate vicinity. The products are sold directly in the shop, to specialty stores, and restaurants. Efforts are made to work as ecologically as possible.
