All sporting distances leave Roeselare via Oostnieuwkerke towards Westrozebeke. You bike towards the rural, undulating landscape of central West Flanders towards the ‘Keuneleute’ and ‘Stadenberg’. Via Houthulst and Merken you reach the ‘Ieperleekanaal’.

You cycle upstream through the ‘IJzerbroeken’. At the ‘Knokkebrug’, you follow the ‘IJzer’ towards ‘Fintele’, where the Lovaart joins the IJzer
. From Fintele, we briefly follow the bike path along the IJzer towards the ‘Eversambos’ in Stavele.

Via quiet roads, you reach the charming village of ‘Stavele’. Beyond Stavele, both distances split.

The 125km route goes to Beveren-aan-de-IJzer and ‘Roesbrugge-Haringe’, located at a stone's throw from France. From here, both distances come together again. You cycle along the back of the ‘Lovie’ through the ‘Sixtusbos’ to the connection point with the 100km, near the Sint-Sixtus Abbey
of Westvleteren.

At ‘Steentraete’, you reconnect with the base loop. You follow the Ieperleekanaal upstream along the picturesque locks to ‘Boezinge’.
Along rural roads, you cycle through fields and farms towards the center of ‘Passendale’. Departing from Passendale, you cycle in a straight line to the finish at ‘KOERS’ in Roeselare.
