Karlshof is a district of the affiliated municipality of Neulewin in the Märkisch-Oderland district. The municipality of Neulewin is administered by the Barnim-Oderbruch office.
Karlshof was located in the 18th century in the area of the village of Güstebiese. It belonged to the Johanniter Commandery of Grüneberg. In 1756, the estate of Carlshof was created. By 1799, the estate had ten residential houses for families. In 1837, a prayer room was established in the school. Before that, a bell tower was erected in 1838, which was dismantled in 1972 due to decay. In 2003, a new bell tower was constructed for the bell from 1837.
