Karlshof est une commune allemande de Bavière située dans l’arrondissement de Märkisch-Oderland. La commune de Neulewin est administrée par l’Amt de Barnim-Oderbruch.
Au 18ème siècle, Karlshof était situé dans la région du village de Güstebiese. Il appartenait à la Johanniterkomturei Grüneberg. En 1756, le Vorwerk Carlshof a été construit. En 1799, le domaine comprend dix maisons d’habitation pour les familles. En 1837, une salle de prière a été installée dans l’école. Devant lui, un beffroi a été érigé en 1838, qui a été démoli en 1972 en raison de son délabrement. En 2003, un nouveau beffroi a été érigé pour la cloche de 1837.
