Karlshof es una parte del municipio de Neulewin, que pertenece al distrito de Märkisch-Oderland. El municipio de Neulewin es administrado por la oficina de Barnim-Oderbruch.
Karlshof estaba en el siglo XVIII en el área del pueblo de Güstebiese. Pertenecía a la comendaduría de los Caballeros de San Juan de Grüneberg. En el año 1756 se construyó la granja de Carlshof. En 1799 había diez casas para familias en la propiedad. En 1837 se estableció una sala de oración en la escuela. Antes de eso, en 1838 se erigió un campanario, que fue derribado en 1972 debido a su estado de deterioro. En el año 2003 se construyó un nuevo campanario para la campana de 1837.
