Karlshof is een deelgemeente van de aan het ambt verbonden gemeente Neulewin in de Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland. De gemeente Neulewin wordt beheerd door het Amt Barnim-Oderbruch.
Karlshof lag in de 18e eeuw op het grondgebied van het dorp Güstebiese. Het behoorde tot de Johanniterkomturei Grüneberg. In 1756 ontstond vervolgens het voorwerk Carlshof. In 1799 maakten tien woonhuizen voor gezinnen deel uit van het goed. In 1837 werd er een gebedsruimte in de school ingericht. Daarvoor werd in 1838 een klokkenstoel geplaatst, deze werd in 1972 wegens bouwvalligheid afgebroken. In 2003 werd er voor de klok uit 1837 een nieuwe klokkenstoel opgericht.
