Fischbach is a district of the municipality of Arnsdorf in the district of Bautzen in Saxony. The formerly independent village was incorporated into the municipality of Arnsdorf in 1999.
Fischbach is located in the eponymous cadastral district in the east of the municipality of Arnsdorf. It is surrounded by Arnsdorf itself to the northwest, the Großharthau districts of Seeligstadt and Schmiedefeld to the northeast and east, the Stolpen district of Rennersdorf-Neudörfel to the southeast, and the Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach district of Wilschdorf to the south.
