Fischbach è una frazione del comune di Arnsdorf nel distretto di Bautzen in Saxonia. Il villaggio, un tempo autonomo, è stato incorporato nel comune di Arnsdorf nel 1999.
Fischbach si trova nella medesima località a est del comune di Arnsdorf. È circondato da Arnsdorf stesso a nord-ovest, dalle frazioni di Großharthau Seeligstadt e Schmiedefeld a nord-est e est, dalla frazione di Stolpen Rennersdorf-Neudörfel a sud-est e dalla frazione di Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach Wilschdorf a sud.
