Fischbach est une commune allemande située dans l’arrondissement de Bautzen, dans la région de Saxe. Le village anciennement indépendant a été incorporé à la commune d’Arnsdorf en 1999.
Fischbach se trouve dans le quartier du même nom à l’est de la commune d’Arnsdorf. Il est entouré par Arnsdorf lui-même au nord-ouest, les quartiers de Großharthau de Seeligstadt et Schmiedefeld au nord-est et à l’est, le quartier Stolpen de Rennersdorf-Neudörfel au sud-est et le quartier Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach de Wilschdorf au sud.
