Fischbach es una parte del municipio de Arnsdorf en el distrito de Bautzen en Sajonia. La localidad, que antes era independiente, se incorporó al municipio de Arnsdorf en 1999.
Fischbach se encuentra en la localidad del mismo nombre en el este del municipio de Arnsdorf. Está rodeado por Arnsdorf al noroeste, las partes del municipio de Großharthau Seeligstadt y Schmiedefeld al noreste y este, la parte del municipio de Stolpen Rennersdorf-Neudörfel al sureste, así como la parte del municipio de Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach Wilschdorf al sur.
