Fischbach is een deelgemeente van de gemeente Arnsdorf in het district Bautzen in Saksen. Het vroeger zelfstandige dorp werd in 1999 ingelijfd bij de gemeente Arnsdorf.
Fischbach ligt in de gelijknamige kadastrale gemeente in het oosten van de gemeente Arnsdorf. Het wordt omgeven door Arnsdorf zelf in het noordwesten, de delen van Großharthau Seeligstadt en Schmiedefeld in het noordoosten respectievelijk oosten, de deelgemeente Rennersdorf-Neudörfel van Stolpen in het zuidoosten en de deelgemeente Wilschdorf van Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach in het zuiden.
