Not far from the "Leaning Bridge" is another attraction: the historic canal bridge over the Stever, which directed the Dortmund-Ems Canal over the river. It was built in 1894 and closely resembles the canal crossing at the Lippe (see below). The route then continues to the historic lock gate in Olfen, where the end of the Old Journey is almost reached.
