Francisco Alba Medina is better known as Paco Alba.
He is a composer and creator of carnival groups in Cadiz. He was born in Conil de la Frontera in 1918 and died in Cádiz in 1976 at the age of 57.
Paco Alba is credited with creating the Cadiz Carnival troupe.
Cádiz honored him with this stone monument by the artist Fernando Benítez (Nando), located at the roundabout at the entrance of La Caleta.
Essential for carnival lovers.
