The windmill of Collioure, also known as French Le Moulin de la Cortina 'the mill of Cortina', is today an oil mill located on the southeastern edge of Collioure on a plateau above the present museum park. The original grain mill mentioned for the first time in 1337 can demonstrate the production of olive oil after its restoration in 2001. It is surrounded by a terraced olive grove and is a tourist attraction of the city. It is managed by the Association des amis du moulin.
